life as we now know it...
Things have been fairly uneventful. Unless you consider the following as busy... Abbie waking up every 3 hours to eat when everyone else should be sleeping. Soccer games 2 times a week for Jacob. Feed Abbie. Ashley's dance. Ashley's preschool. Taking Jacob to school every day. Feed Abbie. Taking advantage of the case lot sale. Trying to find a place to put the stuff you bought at the case lot sale. Feed Abbie. Matt working on wiring the basement. Amidst that, Matt going to do bishopric duties. Feed Abbie. Feed Abbie. Matt being sick. Mowing the lawn. Trying to find time to pick the garden. Trying to find time to can the stuff you picked in the garden. Feed Abbie. Buying peaches to can. Trying to find time to can the peaches I bought. Feed Abbie. Explain to Jacob that it's not a good idea to read every word your friends tell you to. Feed Abbie. Teach Jacob why sh*@! is a bad word. Vacuum, mop, clean the bathrooms, read to the kids, help Jacob with his homework, mop again because you ate dinner with kids, clean the bathroom again because hey, I have a boy in the house, feed Abbie, feed Abbie, feed Abbie.... other than that, we haven't had anything to do here in boring USA so I think I'll go take a nap!

Sounds really similar to my life. Aren't you glad we are all in it together? Um, just in different households, and with kids with different names, and different activities. The point is, it's nice to know someone is just as busy as you are and you aren't the only one. :) I'd like to say it'll calm down, but it won't. So, have a great, busy day and hopefully we all find time to sit down a little and take a break!
I feel your pain. I feel like I am busier than I've ever been and my baby hasn't arrived yet! I keep thinking about nursing and remembering how much time it really does take to keep a baby alive. I even had a dream the other night about nursing. By the end of the dream I had finally resigned myself to the fact that the baby would have to eat. As I sit here typing this, I have three cakes sitting in the kitchen waiting for me to ice and assemble them into a wedding cake for tomorrow.
Yikes! Sounds crazy. I know kinda what it is like. Sheri just had her a baby boy. They named him Jared. Congrats on your little one. Janean has five now (three girls and two boys) and she fell down the stairs and hurt her knee so Kimball and I have been going down to help her. Mike has three boys and another baby on the way.
Yep. I understand the "nothing eventful but I am so exhausted at the end of the day I just collapse into bed" feeling.. . and then it's onto nursing again. What a blessing the work of motherhood is though. . . and you are doing a fabulous job. Really, you are amazing.
